Share files externally via Manja

You can share assets with internal and external users directly from Manja. The link provided can either be copied or sent via email.

Assets can be shared with internal and external users via a simple link:

  • with and without preview,
  • with and without password,
  • with expiry date,
  • via link,
  • via email to selected recipients.

Select your files to share them externally

Select files in the results list to share them externally. Right-clicking on one of the selected assets then opens a context menu with the option “Share link externally”.

Shared link with preview

The settings can now be made in the popup. It is possible to set an expiry date, password protect the files and add preview images. The created link can then either be copied to the clipboard or shared directly via email.
