How does SaaS differ from the On-Premise license?
Manja as a SaaS solution offers you the highly available and secure provisioning in a German data center. Likewise, the SaaS license provides you with a fully comprehensive system including support and service for Manja and the deployed server.
Manja in the On-Premise license is installed on your server, for which you ensure update and support.
We would like to take a closer look at the DAM software Manja and test it first. Is it possible?
Of course! You can test Manja in a free demo version without any obligation.
We are a larger team. Is the number of users limited?
No. Manja is flexible and unlimited, so you can create as many users as you want.
What are the system requirements for the On-Premise license on my server?
The system should meet at least 64bit 4x2GHz or Quad-Core Intel or AMD CPU, 16GB RAM, 1000GB storage, OS: Debian GNU/Linux 10. We will be happy to discuss further details with you or your IT team.
Does Manja offer any special conditions?
Yes, we offer a discount for nonprofits and educational institutions. This is our way of supporting people who do charitable work and do good.

Can I book the On-Premise license without update and support service?
Yes, this is possible. However, we recommend to book the update and support service as well. This will provide you with new features and functions for your Manja installation.
How can I pay for the license and also the support and update service?
You can pay the SaaS license and update and support costs – depending on the agreement with us – monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually in advance.
Exception is the On-Premise license, which has to be paid once with the full amount.
You will always receive an invoice from us with a corresponding payment term.
What are the notice periods?
The contract period is 12 months and is automatically extended by a further 12 months with a notice period of 12 weeks before expiry.
