Files can be sent in two ways. On the one hand as a lightbox, which compiles the files as a collection, and with a link via e-mail. On the other hand as an attachment to an email generated from the system and sent to selected recipients.

Send files as Lightbox (via email as a link)

You can send files as a lightbox by email to another system user or to a guest.

You can also send files as direct email attachments (if this was enabled by an administrator).
