This add-on provides you with detailed reports about the activities within the time period you select.

Each report can be generated as an Excel file, as HTML or as CSV file.

The reports in Excel format are suitable for further use in presentations or for reporting to the management.

The reports in Excel format can be optimally further processed, for example, you can sort the columns in Excel as required, consolidate them, etc.

Reports on current data stock

In addition, you can also use this add-on to generate a report on the currently available data stock at any time.

The file list contains a list of all existing files.

The user list contains a list of all existing user accounts.

With the Reports add-on you can have individual thematic reports created and also export them. This includes, for example, a list of all downloads, a list of the most downloaded files, a list of all sent and published files or even a list of the most searched requests. Additionally, a complete list of all files as well as all user accounts can be created and exported. All lists are created dynamically and are based on the defined time period and also defined applications.
