Add-on Votings
With the Voting add-on, assets can be rated by users of Manja DAM. The voting process is coordinated and finalized from an adjuster. Voting is suitable for selecting and determining multiple assets within a selection. The voting is stored at the asset, so that the final vote is documented.
The following scenario: A photo campaign has been carried out in your company. The photographer provides the public relations department with a pre-selection of the photos. Now it is to be selected which photos should go into the press pool and which photos should not. For this purpose, the head of public relations starts a voting in the Manja DAM and invites the colleagues of public relations to vote.

The colleagues then receive a link to the corresponding lightbox and can vote there on each photo (approved, rejected, included). Once a colleague is finished with his or her selection, he or she sends his or her vote back to the adjuster, the head of public relations. Once all colleagues have made their votes, the head of public relations can close the voting.
Recipient: Take a vote (approve, reject)
